An editable quality assessment template based on the Cochrane Risk of Bias tool for randomized controlled trials is available from the Extraction pane, however, a customized quality assessment template may also be created from scratch when different study designs are involved. For diverse study designs, add multiple quality assessment tools into the single template by indicating the study design and/or name of the tool in the domain labels. Be sure to save changes made to the template and then publish so that other reviewers on the team may access.  Changes may be made to the template after the quality assessment process has begun although this will require returning to studies for further evaluation and consensus.
