Can I return my book? 

• Most purchases may be returned within 10 business days. Purchases must be in original condition. 
• Approved returns after 10 business days may be assessed a handling fee. 
• Purchases that cannot be returned include Amazon Marketplace sellers, Associations, and small independent sellers. 

The Mayo Clinic Medical Bookstore is available to all Mayo employees and students. We primarily order medical, scientific and trade titles. A limited selection of Mayo Alumni products can also be purchased in the bookstore. 

The bookstore can purchase most books. If you don't see the book you're looking for in our current inventory, please use our book order form to place an order.

The majority of bookstore prices are offered at list price with a 10% discount. Special orders from Amazon, an association, or small independent companies will be charged shipping if applicable and a handling charge from the bookstore based on the guidelines below.
