For staff: Use EPIC to request services from the Patients' Libraries. Under the Humanities of Medicine section in EPIC, you can now find our library and request delivery for amplified listeners, books and much more on behalf of your patients. The Patients' Libraries serve hospitalized patients and their families at Mayo Clinic Hospital -- Rochester. The libraries offer a varied collection of resources for education and recreation including magazines, newspapers, current fiction, nonfiction, and books in foreign languages. Medical and health-related information from various print and electronic resources is also provided. Library services are available to patients and visitors at no charge.

Sat-Sun 1pm - 4:30 pm
Recreational library materials may be checked out only by patients and their visitors. Allied health staff may check out educational materials. Books circulate for one week. DVDs and magazines circulate for two days. Medical reference materials do not circulate.
Coffee and a View from 9 am - 12pm every week day. Complimentary coffee and other hot beverages are available as well as the best view of the city.
