Libby is a mobile device app and website with audiobooks and eBooks available through Mayo Clinic Patients’ Libraries.

Request access to the Libby app.

Follow these steps to check out audiobooks and eBooks from our collection:

1. Complete the Libby Account Request form.
2. Download the Libby app from your device’s app store.
3. When Libby asks if you have a library card, select Yes.
4. Select Search for Library.
5. Enter “Mayo Clinic Patient Library” in the Library Name, City, or ZIP field and confirm selection.
6. Log in with your email submitted in the Account Request Form.  Patient library will provide the password via email.
7. Once logged in, click “Borrow” to check available audiobooks or eBooks.

Follow these steps to add Mayo Clinic Library to an existing Libby account:

1. In your app, tap the Menu icon.  
2. Select Add Library.
3. Search “Mayo Clinic Patient Library” and follow steps 5-7 above.
