Current Awareness: Delivering Tables of Contents and New Journal Articles: Adding Alerts

Use Mayo Clinic Libraries' Current Awareness service to be notified of the latest content published in your favorite journals.

Adding Alerts

Anyone with an active Mayo Clinic email address may receive journal alerts through Current Awareness. You can search Mayo Clinic's database of over 5,000 online journals alphabetically, by keyword or subject, or by browsing recently added titles.

Searching for Journals Alphabetically

From https://currentawareness.mayo.edu, log in with your Mayo Clinic LAN ID and password at the top right corner of the page:

From here, click the Journals A-Z tab to view all journals listed alphabetically.

Checking a box under the “Subscribe” column will place a green checkmark in the box and sign you up for the corresponding journal’s alerts.

Searching for Journals by Subject

Journals can be sorted by their primary subject. Clicking on the linked primary subject in the second column will take you to an alphabetized list of journals that fall under that primary subject.

For example, clicking on the Education link leads to several journals classified as Education journals.
