Renewing Library Materials: Home

Please note: Books are eligible for one renewal, journal volumes and DVDs one renewal, and single journal issues no renewals.  Renewals are not allowed when another patron has requested the item.

You have multiple options for renewing library materials: 

Online renewals:

From within the library catalog select My Account from the blue bar at the top left corner of the screen.

If prompted, login using your Mayo Clinic credentials. Once you are logged into to you account, you'll see a list of materials checked out to you, and you'll be able to renew them. 

Email/phone/in-person renewals:

Email: From the Library Directory, locate your library's email address, or email library.plummer@mayo.edu. If you have received an email overdue notice, use the reply button to request renewal of overdue items. Phone: Call your local library and request that your materials be renewed.
In person: Come to the nearest library and request the item be renewed at the Circulation desk.
