How to Reserve a Study Room

Non-Reservable:

Rooms RE 2 207, 2 210, 2 215, 2 218, and 2 219 are first come, first serve. These rooms have a capacity of 1 and are not equipped with computer workstations.
Rooms RE 2 208, 2 209, 2 216, 2 217, and 2 222 are first come, first serve. These rooms have a capacity of 1 and are equipped with dual monitor computer workstations.

Reservable:

Room RE 2 221 is reservable. This room has a capacity of 3 and is a Teams room.
Rooms RE 2 211, 2 212, 2 213, 2 214, and 2 220 are reservable. These rooms have a capacity of 5 and are Teams rooms.
Room RE 2 223 is reservable. This room has a capacity of 9 and is a Teams Room.

Reserving in Person: To reserve in person, use the screen next to the reservable room. Screens for reservable rooms will light up green. Press the "reserve" button and select your end time. Screens for reserved rooms will light up purple.

Reserving via Outlook: To reserve via Outlook for a future time, use the Calendar page. Here you can select your date and time and add the room you want to reserve beginning with "AZ PX RE" and the room number.

Paonessa Library

Scope of Collection:

The Paonessa Library (formerly Learning Resource Center or LRC) serves the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. The library consists of a core medical textbook collection, humanities in medicine collection, computer resources, media, and anatomical models in support of the Medical School curriculum.

Full reference services are provided including literature searches and systematic reviews.

Submit requests for articles to arzlibrarylrc@mayo.edu. Articles are delivered electronically.
Interlibrary loan
Materials not owned by the Mayo Clinic Libraries can be acquired through interlibrary loan services.
