Florida Library: Library Space

Florida library staff require prior notification of any activity that is going to be taking place in the Library in Florida.

• For filming sessions, photography sessions, or benefactor functions, Library staff require at least 1 day of notice.
• For impromptu tours, Anatomage demonstrations, or any other activities, please notify Library staff as soon as possible. 

By providing advance notice, it allows library staff to alert library patrons of abnormal activities that might disrupt their studies or research.

Disruptive patrons in the Library may be asked to leave for failure to follow this Use of Library Space Policy, Library policies, and/or the Mayo Clinic policies. Failure to follow this policy will result in the loss of Library use privileges.
