The W. Bruce Fye Center For the History of Medicine carefully regulates the use of materials in its collections. Policies governing access, photoduplication/scanning, and publication of these materials follow archival and museum standards and are established by the Archives staff with the advice of the Historical Committee. Our policies and services attempt to balance the needs of patrons, patient confidentiality, the rights of copyright holders, and the Center's own rights and responsibilities towards its collections.
