The three Mayo archival repositories of the W. Bruce Fye Center For the History of Medicine carefully regulate the use of materials in their collections. Policies governing access, photoduplication/scanning, and publication of these materials follow archival and museum standards and are established by the Archives staff with the approval of Historical Committees. Our policies and services attempt to balance the needs of patrons, patient confidentiality, the rights of copyright holders, and the Archives' own rights and responsibilities towards the collections.
Prior to your visit to any of the three Fye Center archival locations, please take a minute to review the "Rights, Rules and Conditions Relating to the Use of Materials" and fill out the "Researcher Registration" form.
